We carefully tuck your plushie in a double-walled cardboard box (recycled when we can get them) and ship worldwide via Royal Mail. We aim to ship out your order within the week but plushies may take 1-2 weeks to ship.
In the UK we use Second Class Signed For/Tracked 24 unless you contact us to let us know you'd like it sent First Class Signed For or Special Delivery, for which there will be an additional charge. The Royal Mail aim to deliver Second Class Signed For Small Parcels within 3 working days and we generally find our parcels arrive within that timescale.
Internationally we use International Tracked. The Royal Mail estimate 5-7 working days for delivery to the US/Canada. In our experience it usually takes our plushies a week to arrive in the US and a day or two more than that for Canada.
All services are tracked and insured and, once shipped, we can give you the tracking code so you can follow your plushie's journey on the Royal Mail's website.

For one Medium Plushie, prices are as follows:
- UK 2nd class signed for - £10.00
- USA International Tracked - £31.00
- Canada International Tracked - £28.00
- Australia International Tracked - £31.00
Please note that we are not responsible for local customs charges/taxes that may be levied in your territory - this is particularly relevant in the EU since Brexit.
We ship stickers (in hard backed envelopes) and pins (in padded bags) 2nd Class Standard in the UK and International Standard elsewhere. If you'd like them sent tracked, please let us know and we can arrange this for you (at an extra cost).
